Frequently asked questions

See all questions
Do you do residential work?

Our focus is commercial and industrial. We evaluate select residential projects, such as new homes, solar systems with backup, or larger installations. We do not do repairs or minor residential service.

Do you work as a subcontractor to general contractors?

Yes. Much of our work is for general contractors. We follow your schedule, your safety plan, and your submittal process, and we close out with the documentation the agency or the owner requires.

Do you have experience on government projects?

Yes, as the electrical subcontractor to general contractors on federal and municipal projects. We know the submittal, phased-inspection, and closeout-documentation requirements that public work demands.

What does an FJ proposal include?

Detailed scope, inclusions and exclusions, schedule, firm price, submittal list, and warranty terms. All in writing before we start.

Send us the scope and we will prepare the proposal.
