Line 03
Industrial electrical maintenance
In a plant, the cost of an electrical failure is the production hours lost while it gets repaired. A preventive maintenance contract exists to catch the problem before it stops the line.
What it includes
- Preventive contracts with a schedule and reports
- Thermographic inspection of panels and connections
- Cleaning, torque, and testing of switchgear and breakers
- Maintenance of generators, ATS, and backup systems
- Emergency response with a contracted response time
- Maintenance records for audits and insurers
Why FJ
Every visit leaves a report with findings and priorities.
Electrical, backup, and solar with the same vendor.
The records the insurer, the parent company, or the agency asks for.
Frequently asked questions
What does a preventive maintenance contract include?
Scheduled visits based on the criticality of the facility, thermographic inspection, testing and torque of connections, review of generators and ATS, a written report with findings and priorities, and an agreed response time for emergencies.
Do you respond to after-hours emergencies?
For clients with a maintenance contract, yes, with the response time agreed in the contract. For facilities without a contract we evaluate availability case by case.
